These Terms govern your use of Gospeleon, operated by [Company Name]. By using Gospeleon you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Are you an artist distributing music through Gospeleon? The Artist Agreement applies to you in addition to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, streaming, purchasing, or otherwise using Gospeleon, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Refund & Billing Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
Subscriptions (Premium)
Premium plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
Digital purchases (Store)
When you buy a track, single, or album from the Gospeleon store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and download that item for personal, non-commercial use. You do not own the underlying copyright.
Prices & billing
All prices are shown in the currency applicable at checkout (typically NGN) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paystack — see our Refund & Billing Policy for refunds, chargebacks, and failed-payment handling.
5. Content you access
Music, album art, and other content on Gospeleon is owned by the artists, labels, or rights-holders who upload it. You may not:
- Copy, rip, re-record, or redistribute content beyond the rights granted by your subscription or purchase.
- Bypass technical protections, reverse-engineer the service, or extract content through automated means.
- Use the service or its content for any commercial purpose without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload, promote, or link to content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, violates intellectual-property rights, or breaks the law.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or artists.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or the experience of other users.
- Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the service without prior written permission.
- Attempt to game affiliate links, referral rewards, or stream counts.
7. Copyright
Gospeleon respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy for the takedown process.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we're required to by law. On termination, your access ends immediately; the Privacy Policy governs what happens to your data.
9. Disclaimers
Gospeleon is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific content will always be available — catalogue availability can change as licences evolve.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gospeleon and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You agree to try to resolve disputes with us informally first — email legal@gospeleon.com.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll email you or show a banner in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is your agreement to the revised Terms.
